Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused or minimally used (less than 20% used)
- Product must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) required
Non-Returnable Items
- Products used more than 20%
- Products damaged by misuse
- Products without original packaging
💰 Refund Policy
How Refunds Work
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
- If approved, refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or wrong product, we will replace it immediately at no cost. Just WhatsApp us a photo within 24 hours of delivery.

- Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery
- You can exchange for any other Dr.Asad Kamal product of equal or higher value
- Customer pays return shipping for exchanges
